True Form Breast Lift: Minimally Invasive, Scarless
What is it
The True Form Breast Lift combines advanced techniques: skin tightening via radiofrequency thermal energy and micro-coring, plus volume restoration using Enhanced Viability Fat Transfer (EVFT).
If needed, an in-office lift can adjust nipple position and reduce areola size, all done under local anesthesia.

What is it
Traditional breast lift surgery involves creating incision patterns on the breast, removing excess skin and fat, reshaping tissue, and lifting the breasts for more dramatic reshaping.
Techniques
A small incision is created halfway around the top of the areola.
This technique is often ideal for individuals with minor breast sagging.
This incision, also known as the “donut lift,” runs around the edge of the areola. It is ideal for addressing mild breast ptosis.
This technique, also known as the “lollipop lift, ” involves creating two incisions. Once is created around the areola, and another is created vertically from the areola to the breast fold. This incision is usually used when a surgeon needs to remove excess skin while also reshaping the breast.
Also called the “inverted T” incision, this technique involves the creation of three incisions. The first incision is created around the edge of the areola, the second is created horizontally along the breast crease, and the third connects the previous two. This technique is especially effective when used along with a breast reduction procedure.

What to Expect

An outpatient procedure — you can go home the same day. At Defyne, we offer this surgery under twilight sedation in our specialized procedure rooms. No tube in your throat or paralysis for the right candidate. Our board-certified anesthesiologist ensures your comfort while minimizing medication.
Return home to rest and recover with a friend or family member driving. Wear a compression garment at all times to support your new contour. Light walking is encouraged, and appropriate pain medication will be prescribed.
